I didn't arrive here because I had it all figured out.
For a long time, life was driving me.
Indecision was my middle name. I was overriding myself constantly — my thoughts, my emotions, my limits, the signals my body kept sending that something wasn't right.
When chronic pain arrived and the doctors found nothing, I finally looked somewhere I hadn't thought to look — my birth chart. What I found was a pattern — a guide to what was draining me, and a roadmap for working with my design instead of against it.
I had to learn to get in the driver's seat. To navigate from inside my own body.
To feel instead of push. To listen with care. To trust myself rather than wait for the world to confirm my intuition.
What began as self-study through astrology evolved into an integrative approach to greater vitality, inner alchemy, and personal evolution — a way to connect body and cosmos, presence and purpose.
